This Agreement is made by and between (Christ Quest Institute) CQI and you, (the Student/Member). CQI (Ken Nair & Mentors) agrees to provide coaching services to gain the ability to master life by having a Christ-like capacity to accomplish, in relationships, the desires of God’s heart, and to receive a Certificate of Completion after fulfilling the requirements of the course. The contact email of the CQI Director is timothywedel64@gmail.com. The above-named Student/Member will sign this agreement for himself.
CQI is a Private Membership Association and conducts itself as such. All students participating in the Christ Quest Institute Plus course are herein referred to as members of CQI PMA. Members of this associations make a vow to Christ-likeness, acting with honor, with pure and good intentions for the outcome of their testimony and its influence on others. Any failure to follow these procedures may be cause for dismissal.
RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Student/Member is responsible for creating and implementing his own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results. As such, the Student/Member agrees that the Christ Quest Institute Plus Coaching Mentor is not and will not be liable for any actions or inactions, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Mentor. The Mentor is not responsible for either the action or inaction of the Student/Member.
2. Student/Member understands that this course is based upon the biblical principles from Scripture. We do not offer this course as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical, or other qualified professionals and the student will seek his own independent professional guidance for such matters; including but not limited to; business lawyers, doctors, or other specialists. This course is an offering of knowledge specifically designed to build biblical, scriptural principles and is only offered to private members of CQI. The sharing of any PDF’s, documents, or other learning tools, included in the course, to any persons outside of the membership is prohibited without specific permission.
3. Student/Member agrees to communicate honestly, to be open to feedback and assistance, and demonstrate the kind of integrity that fulfills the requirements of the course, creating the time and energy to participate fully.
SERVICES:
Ken Nair/Mentor will be available to Student/Member by email, courses through Thinkific, and Fellow Warriors meetings on Zoom. Anything outside of CQI+ will constitute additional cost accomplished through scheduled appointments.
This course will be inclusive of the biblical teachings taught, enabling you to build understanding & the ability to implement how to become a literal illustration of the Christ in your life.
All information needed will be communicated to said Student/Member through the classes, emails or scheduling a consultation at an additional cost. Mentor will try every method to have a communicated response of acknowledgement from said client.
SCHEDULE & DUES:
Student/Member agrees to pay CQI membership in full either by debit or credit card ($2,950.00), or through provided payment plan option ($3,119.76). If the student chooses not to participate or changes their mind, they must know this fee is non-refundable. The entire amount is required to be paid in full regardless of student’s completion. Following the completion of the course, the Student/Member will receive their Certificate of Completion through CQI.
